Dempsey Goaltending

Location:  Ice House at Carleton University

Dates:  July 16-20;  AA or A Goalies ages 9 and up

          July 30-August 3;  Elite Minor AAA or AA Hockey Goaltenders

          August 6-10; Pros, University and Junior (and Draft Picks)

Features of all camps;

A maximum of 24 goalies will be invited;

2 groups of 12 goalies maximum on the ice;

Two 1.5 hours of on-ice instruction each day;

Group 1:

8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.;

Group 2:

10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.;

Lunch in the university cafeteria;

University, Major Junior and Junior A shooters;

Goalie Coaches (including Tom Dempsey) will be owners of their own goaltending instruction business;

Varsity dressing rooms and laundry services;

Emphasis on technical instruction including movement, rebound control, recovery and response after a save and use of stick, hands and body;

Jerseys with name and favourite number;

Cost of the Camp: TBD
